Carol is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in Hawaiʻi. An ATRC Executive Committee member since 2018, she brings advocacy, professional expertise and personal insight to advance access to assistive technology statewide.

Desrae is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 23 years of experience supporting individuals and families. She brings expertise in mental health, education and community advocacy to ATRC.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Jensen brings a background in project management and operations, with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to expanding access to assistive technology.

Adrian is a consultant and educator with extensive nonprofit leadership supporting individuals with disabilities, bringing expertise in operations, fundraising and financial oversight.

Pauline, founder of One Leg Up Productions, is a speaker, author and courage coach. A longtime Hawaiʻi resident, she brings advocacy, storytelling and community leadership to ATRC.

Melissa, Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Technology at Le Jardin Academy, brings over 12 years of leadership in education technology, contributing strategic vision and technical expertise.

Born and raised in Kahaluʻu, Oʻahu, Nikki is an advocate for Hawaiʻi's disability and Native Hawaiian communities, bringing cultural insight and lived experience to ATRC's outreach and inclusion work.
